Question for people with systems

Just a quick questions which Brand and Model hi/low converter do you reccomend that will allow me install a amp for my subs. I want one that will has a remote so my battery wont die. There are so many on the market i really dont know which one to choose.

If anyone has one in there car that works good please let me know what model it is so i can just buy this and get this pain stacking research over

Thanks

Whats up,

You can just get a simple hi-lo converter to just plug the rca's into..hi-lo converters wont kill ur battery, at least the ones ive dealt with dont..ive used and installed a few different types but they all seem to do the job..the one i am currently using in my s430 i got from best buy and it works fine. the company is Axxess..i hooked it up right to the factory sub wires coming from the amp in the trunk..hope this helps

u can try to get it from the amp..u can also run it from inside the cabin into the trunk from behind the radio or just gettin it from a fuse, just b careful when grabbing directly from a fuse..and the power and ground i just got right from the battery
