Fuel Cap connector cord
The rubber cord that connects the fuel cap to the inside of the fuel door broke that other day.
I was wondering if anybody know if you can replace just the rubber cord and associated parts, or if you need to buy a whole new fuel cap.
Most of the web sites I looked at sell third party replacement caps, not the whole unit with rubber cord.
Thanks in advance.

Mine was broken when I bought the car - I don't miss it, I just place the cap in the holder next to the hinge when fueling, and then screw it back on. I'm thinking of just clipping the plastic anyway.
