First time MB buyer. Been dredging the forums to get as much information as I can.

I just bought a 2003 S430 with 36k miles and want to know how I can go about upgrading to Heated/Colling Seats (including Active)?

Is there a salvage yard that sells them? How much can I usually get them for?
What might be the installation fees?

Also, I want to mount a Garmin unit so that I have updated maps. How have others been dealing with this? Do they use the suction cup and leave it in the coffee cup holder or using custom mounts that are semi-permanent.
