Sirius on a W220?
I have an '06 S500 4MATIC and I would like to add SIRIUS radio. Are these cars prewired for SIRIUS? What would I need to do to get Sat. Radio working via the COMMAND?

Yes. Kit is available through your dealer; some can be found on ebay. Be sure to get one for the W220 - the kits are different for different models. As I understand it, the installation is not particularly easy.

I don't, sorry - and I don't have them bookmarked; but several contributors have posted part numbers. A search here and on BenzWorld will probably get it for you. Check both the W220 and the Audio/Telematics forums. If you install it yourself, you will have to have the car version coded (so it will recognize the new equipment) to provide full functionality. That can be done by a dealer or by an MB indie with a Star Diagnostics computer (usually about 1 hour labor charge for version coding).
BTW - welcome to the forum!! Sorry I didn't notice that for the first response.

Sirius radio integration
I once asked this question to my local MB dealer and spoke with the parts counter. Those guys are usually pretty helpful and so far have given me straight answers to my questions. My '04 S430 has the button on the radio panel, but I asked them how to get the functionality having all the graphics display in the OEM display and not have an aftermarket eyesore hanging off the side of the radio. It isn't cheap to do this. I don't have part numbers anymore but I can tell you that $1300 is still burned in my head, which includes the installation.

i added sirius to my 05 at the dealer. I bought CPO about 2 years ago and salesmen said he thought it was about 500 bucks to add. I made them an offer about 3K less than they were asking and told them to throw in the sirius and i would take car, they took it. I never got an exact quote though

I had the Sirius system added to my 06 by the dealer. There is quite a bit of disassebly to get the parts and cable routing done correctly. They also have to paint the antenna and drill the trunk lid. Try to get them to offer the courtesy discount the give other dealers for work, it is about 25%. $1200 would be a good starting point for the package.

I bought my Sat. radio when I bought the car and it was $600 installed that price included 12 months of service. I would call your dealer to find out how much it will be. I would think the price would have come down since then, let us know what you find out.
