if your dealer isn’t knowledgeable about it and offers to help you , you’re not going to get any help .

It’s a goodwill program outside of the UK and is not required for any dealer to assist you unless they want to . if you are the original owner and always have your car serviced by the dealer your chances will be better . If you don’t regularly service your car at a Mercedes dealer they will not help you
