Have you owned the car since new? Does the pedal go to the Floor or is there just no grip from the pads? When you say no brakes, do you mean like "this brakes like a 60s muscle car", or like "i cannot slow down at all"? Here are a couple ideas.
1. Bleed your brakes. Although air in the lines should not go away when warm, I bet this hasn't been done on your car in a while anyway, and it can't hurt.
2. Is it possible that a previous owner put a hardcore race-oriented brake pad that has very little bite when they are cold?
3. It could be a torn seal in the master cylinder that doesn't seal when cold, but swells up enough after heating up to seal well enough.
If you can provide some more info, maybe we can help you out.
