"A/C Off" light won't go off...
i have a 2004 220 and the "ac off" light won't go off and i need some a/c! i did a A/C diagnostic mode and below are some of the readings...
in car temperature sensor...30.0c
outside temperature sensor...62c
both heater core temps...28c
evaporator temp sensor...29c
refrigerant pressure in bar...6.7 (4 is bar)
refrigerant temp...55c
sun senor voltage...9% (it's cloudy outside)
the first two reading appear to be too far apart as it's about 70f today.
i used the search function but didn't have much luck...any suggestions? thanks in advance, john

If your refrigerant has been low and tripped the light, the A/C off light will not reset until the system is serviced.
You can troubleshoot your system further here: http://www.benzworld.org/forums/w220...ssue-w220.html but it seems you're getting no cooling - likely low refrigerant.
