Rear headrest raised automatically
Hi,
Need some help. My 03' W220's rear headrests automatically moves up when seat belts are attached. It sounds like a convenient feature when someone sits in the rear and use the seat belt, but seems becoming more troublesome when the passenger leaves the car. I have to press the headrest retract button to bring down the headrest.
I read through the manual and didn't realize this feature is part of the design. Any experience to share?

Rheumatism in the finger of the driver was aparently not considered at the time.
