Climate Control Problems...

2001 S500

I am in NY State for the holidays, and had a suspension problem and had to have three of the struts replaced on the car, I picked up the car and they had washed it and it was like a block of ice, all windows frozen, trunk frozen shut and while driving off the l notice the dealer had turned on the front window defrost and it wasn't blowing any air, I figured since it was only 15 degrees maybe the car was too cold. I then switched to auto and noticed no air coming out of the center vents unless i turned the dial off automatic and then the air comes blowing out. In auto mode, i can hear the fans blowing, but don't feel any air coming out of anywhere except a little COOL air coming out of the vents in the front footwells. If I manually select the air blowing points, front windshield, dash, footwells they all work but not on AUTOMATIC.

They service rep said water may have got into something and froze it, it was 40 plus degrees today and still the same, they car does heat up but something is definately not right.

Anyone experience anything like this or have any idea what is wrong now....
