If anyone has upgraded their lights to the 2003 Bi-xenons then please let me know how it can be done. Want to surprise my Dad by retrofitting them on his 2000 S500.

GMW, the price is pretty expensive. You're looking at about $2800 + $300 for the adapter + $200 to install it (unless you can remove the front bumper by yourself).

I have just 3 1/2 questions for you:

1) Do the new 2003 Bi-xenon headlamps fit perfectly with the 'old' design bumpers and grille of 2002 and earlier?

2) What are the part numbers for the new 2003 Bi-xenons?

3) Is the adapter available from MB or is it a customer job? If from MB what is the part number?
