2019 S450

Cam Pos. Sensor. S600 Procedure

Got a code Po 440 and 441 on 02 S600. Wont start. Has anyone changed out the Cam PS and if so how tough is it? Looks like the Intake Manifold has to be removed and tied up out of the way?
Any advise would be appreciated..
