Hi everybody, new to the forum. My issue is when I release the brakes and the car starts moving when I step on the gas there's no response.
Would it be the throttle actuator or most likely the pedal replacement? Any help would be appreciated.

Buy a cheap ODB scanner and check/verify the throttle pedal position with the actual position.
Also, when you replace it, replace it with a Febi Bilstein (https://www.daparto.nl/onderdeel-zoe...Bilstein/37963)
Mercedes part number is: A2203000104

Thanx for your quick reply. I will bring it by my friends shop tomorrow and see what code it'll read.Hopefully it's the pedal replacement and not the throttle actuator.

I don't think you'll get any codes when the gas pedal is faulty, just compare the percentage that the tool reads out to the percentage that you actually press it in

What tool are you referring to and percentage?

This is one of the very few W220 problems where just throwing a new part on is a reasonable thing to do. Pedal failure is very common.
