I need to get the HELL off of Long Island! A house like that in an area like Muttontown, Upper Brookville, Lloyds Neck or Asharoken (or anywhere on the North Shore for that matter) would be in the $3,000,000-$4,000,000 range, if not more....literally. I have been doing a lot of research on homes, not only because I am going into Real Estate, but I am also deciding where I want to buy my own home. We are trying to keep it under $550,000 for a starter, lol....crazy if you ask me. I actually looked in different states also for comparative purposes, and I was actually looking in the Sugar Land area....I couldn't believe the houses that were going for $300,000 in that area wouldn't go for under $1,500,000 here......I'm coming to Sugar Land, lol
