20s'' will car need lowering

sorry to drive u guys crazy with these 20 inch rims questions. well i might be getting rims this sat (lowenhart br5s) but i heard that wid 20s i might have to lower the car because it will look to high? is that true?

i didnt when i got the 19's, but the car would adjust itself and lower it when u unlock or lock the door sometimes, its weird

The size of the rims will not directly affect the height of the car. If you think about it, all you are doing is altering the ratio between rim height and tire sidewall height. If your typical stock wheel has a 4" side walls and you have 16" wheels, what's the difference between 20" rims and 2" of tire side walls? There's only a two inch difference which is negligible. Also, those 2" will be divided between the top and bottom of the wheel, so you would actually only have an inch of an increase. Your car will look the same height, unless you do something drastic like get extra big tires. Get low profile tires to make the rims look bigger.
