Angry Front wheels seized after being parked for 6 days

The car was sitting in the garage for 6 days, when I parked it I think it was raining and the brakes must have been wet.

Put the car in R and it usually rolls out of the garage, nothing. Gave it a little gas, felt like the parking brake was on, checked, it's not. What the ****? Gave it a more gas SLOWLY and eventually the car moved back, dragging both front wheels with it!

Dragged the front of the car out to the driveway which is asphalt, figure more traction will break the rust on the brakes. Nothing.

Rocked the car back and forth about 6 times when finally both front wheels went SNAP and broke free.

Crazy?

CLK63 Black, E350 Wagon, Supercharged Denali, Lotus Elise, Tesla Model 3 Dual-Motor.
I've had the same thing happen a few times in damp conditions.
Metallic based brake pads will do that, they rust to the rotors.
Even my motorhome at times does the very same thing.

I bet it scared the crap out of you when they broke free...it's happened here if the cars sit for a while. Never heard of it after just 6 days, must be real cold up your way.
