Quote: What size DR's did you run? I have a set of 16" Mickey Thompsons laying around that I would like to throw on the S600 to make a couple of passes down the track also.. Will they fit over the rear brakes if I get a set of 16" rims for em?

I'm not sure about the 16" drag tires as I use bfg drag radials 265/40-18. I have also used 275/35-18 as well. I think that your only issue will be the rear brakes just as you have stated.

Dammit!! Oh well looks like I need to make a phone call to Summit then and pick me up some new MT's.. I wonder how a 305/45/18 would work on the car.. Thats gotta be a helluva sidewall!!

How do you like the BFG's? Ever try a Mickey Thompson? Those things are RIDICULOUSLY sticky..

Last year when I purchased the BFG's the 18' Mickey Thompson drag radials were not being produced. The size sheet said "coming soon" so I suppose they are available now. I have only used Mickey Thompson E.t. Streets on other vehicles. The drag radials from Mickey Thompson are fairly new but my bud has a supercharged Z06 that he swears by those drag radials by MT.

The car in my sig pic is something we threw together with spare parts I had laying around from my old Eclipse.. On 16" MT drag radials its clicked off a 1.68 60ft with a bad tranny, stock suspension and stock 175k long block.. Of course I did hit the squeeze out of the hole (70 shot) I always hit better 60ft's with them over the BFG's.. Just some food for thought my man..

Im loving the fact that your car has trapped over 130mph on the bottle!!

Den,Treynor and Stephan's have the fastest two S600's I know. I saw Stephan's car run at MIR. The car is KRAZEE!! I know Treynor has vid's of his S600 running low 11's and he has a web page.I would get SW advice from them. I gotta see and go for a ride in your whip. You should see my buddy's S65. Give me a ring dude!
