One question, why most of these wheels they sell have 66.66MM and states no centering ring needed (hub centric). Assuming its 0.10mm larger this can cause vibration, am I correct in my assumption?

could simply be a misprint or mismeasure. Considering how little 1/10th of a mm is, I wouldn't worry about it.
