Not so much on the high mileage, its just too expensive for what it is.

too high of a mileage for an 03, because its getting close to where trouble starts to come.

I suggest to look for another vehicle!

80k miles dosent seem like very many,and $20k wont even buy you a new ford.however,if you cant afford to maintain it dont buy it or you will be calling dealers "stealers" and trying to get the factory to cover some kind of an unforseen "expensive"repair simply based upon the cost of it.buy a cpo car from a dealer $700 to $1000 per month for five years depending on the car.that MB feeling you desire comes from a warranty and being pampered by a good dealer and not giving a ***** about what it costs.also be prepared to **** away approx $30k in depreciation in the first three years of the note.buying and driving these cars is pure luxury,you have to have cash to throw into the wind.

very harsh ..... I've had several S500s with well over 100k. maintenance is not that bad fellows. I've been driving perhaps well over 20 differrent benz during the past 30 years and nothing really bad. I'll take a high miles benz any day over a low miles any other car.

now back to the 03 which I didn't get on ebay, how 83k miles is all of a sudden too high for a 7 years old car? not everyone can run to the dealer and pay 50k for a cpo. still looking for that S500 or the CL500 about 03 to 04 between 15 to $20k. miles don't worry me as long as the car has been kept up, and by that I don't mean washed and waxed only. take care my fellow benz lovers

If this info can help, I got mine a couple of months ago with 63k kms for $23,000 canadians. Didnt come across a better deal so far and I am checking almost every day.
