Strange engine vibration at park/neutral
I have an 01 S55 with 133k miles.
The last 2 days, the temperature dropped to the 40's..and I've noticed the car is idling a bit rough on park and neutral, and even on drive at a stop light.
It seems like a heavier vibration, that vibrates the dash a bit. My motor mounts are good, recently changed alternator, so what could it possibly be? In the winter at a cold startup I had heard this sound before, but now it seems like it comes on a bit more consistently even after the car is at operating temperature.

Yep, transmission+ motor mounts, and oxygen sensors about 20k ago, and new air filters 15k ago. Never changed Spark plug wires though, just the spark plugs..
Could be a dirty MAF? Does it give symptoms like these?
