Satellite Radio in a S Class
Does anyone have Sirius or XM Radio? Where did you put the receiver?
Any pictures would be great. I am going to have it installed, and I was looking for installation tips.
I don't believe that the Command has this capability. I know most cars are coming with the option, but I have not heard of MB offering this product.

Actually if your car is a 2003, in the glove box should be an auxilary input to the stereo. It looks like a headphone input. XM or Sirius must have a unit that can fit this and it is a perfect place to install the unit.
I have a 2000 S and the only way I can do it is thru FM modulation or cassette adapter. Neither choice appeals to me for different reasons, so if anyone has another way, I am looking for answers.

Yes, I am taking delivery of a S500 June 1. I'll check w/ the dealer, the glove box would be great, so long as the remote works through the door.

I had leased w/Rallye before, but I called 4 dealers on this car. I spoke w/ Westchester in PA, Southampton, Competition and Rallye.
Rallye was able to beat the best deal by $1,000 in order to save the deal. The car is being sold to the bank for $83,815. Black/Charcoal, S3, Parktronic, Wood.

go there i had xm radio installed in my car. id rather have it installed how i have it now instead of an aux port conection. it might not sound as clear but i cant tell neways i was charged 70 bucks for the whole installation thats a DAM GOOD PRICE
