Pass Mirror does not look down on reverse

Hi all,

I have tried to locate the menu to get my pass side mirror to look down when I put the car in reverse, but am unable to find that particular menu. I have gone by the manual, and all the other options show up, but not the mirror one. I tried the manual's method of programming the down position, but that just saves it to my seat/mirror settings -- not a reverse setting.

The window sticker says that I have this feature. Is this some kind of software glitch?

Thanks,

Boris

Push the right button in for the MIRROR adjuster, I bet you have the left pushed in right now. Vice Versa

You know my doesn't have that menu either. I'll have a chat with the dealer bout it the next time I'm there.

You have to have the button for the passenger mirror engaged before putting it in reverse.

people, its time to READ before posting.

He doesn't have the IC menu that gives the option to turn that on, which I don't either.

It may be that the cluster just needs to be reprogrammed.

IC

the IC needs to be programmed
Ii didn't have it when i first got the car.
Then they added it but not in IC it didn't show up but was working.
But after i did a reset it went away so I had them program it up again and now in the IC to be turned on or off.
Of course it has to be on the right mirror for this feature to work.
I even have memory option for audio but they couldn't get that to work where i can change to memory presets with steering wheel control.

Thanks. I'll swing by the dealer and see if I can persuade them to do it gratis.

Regards,

Boris
