Mercedes
hes paying about $10,000 too much.

the suspension is the biggest problem, even with the low mileage the airmatic system leakage is imminent, so it is time when problems start

I'm looking at the same thing with 28,000 miles for $25K. $14K for a car like this is ridiculous, I think we're both in the ballpark price. Agree that from what I've found the airmatic is a problem. If I get the car I'll get a diamond level, pretty much bumper to bumper, 3/36 warranty along with it. Mine needs tires but will pretty much be a winter DD while my Corvette is hibernating.

the milage and possible: condition of the car are worth every penny.im driving the same car with "0"! problems.you buy a S500 for $14k and it should be a total piece of crap, door dings, bent fender, smoker and destroyed interior.i am sick of members thinking they should advise someone to look for a $14k S500.you buy it!

i have the same car with 71k miles and no problems whatsoever.a $100k car should never be purchased without the ability to cover a potential $7500 major repair.these cars were designed for clients who want and can "afford" to drive a top of the line luxury automobile.the fact that some of these beauties are being "dumped" for $15k is horrible.the guy that spends all he has ie $24k on his dream car only to have it take a massive crap in his driveway and then complain about the quality of the car has dug his own grave.if $25k is your budget then buy a new piece of jap poo and get point A to point B happily ever after.

i would never pay even $14k.

i paid $5400 for my s430 and it has no dings, bent fenders and a mint interior.

Anyone paying KBB retail is nuts, these cars are selling for 1/2 -2/3 of KBB, check ebay completed sales
