S430 Front Suspension (2001)

Well, someone attempted to fix air leak and it worked for about hour or so.
Then front suspension just want down and locked down. After air leak fix it was reset and brought back up. After another hour or so it went down again and locked.

There are no signs of air leak on the top.
Any ideas?

sounds like a problem with the height sensors, but first put in a new relay because thats the easiest and cheapest possibility. it could be failing when hot.

its probably not the compressor since it pumps up, unless theres a bad electrical connection to it causing it to shut off.

system should be checked for leaks at strut tops , bottoms, and lines using soapy water spray

The car will be at my house today, so we will be able to check what's wrong with it.

How often only way to fix front suspension is by replacing shocks?

A bit more info.

Basically when you start the engine it works fine but when you try to press gas pedal car wont let you get more than specific amount of RPMs. Also Air Intake Sensor error.

Can car don't let you pass specific amount of RPMs cause of front suspension lowered?

RPM limitations was caused by intake air sensor failure. Removing sensor temporary fixes issue.

Now my dad has done something weird to the car and I will try to epxlain it.

Basically we disconnected compresor and connected the tube to our compress. Also when on-car compressor turns on we simply turn on our sensor.

Now the problem seems to be that either sensors don't work or valves for front wheels dont open.

So if turn on our compressor back will raise but front wont at any point.

So could it be caused by valves or front sensors? Also is there a way to get back to normal level?

Also relay is siemens. Can it cause something like that?

We think that problem is in driver front seal. Basically there is a leak and you can see a car go up and down.

So we digged everything out and is looking for something to seal it.

Guy from here used some epoxy for sealing. Anyone can tell me which one?

Thanks

2001 S430
Hey guys, I'm seriously in need of my fellows BENZ owners & experienced Benz technicians in this forum. I havd 2001 S430, few weeks back I had suspension problems on the driver side which I bought Arnott suspension to replaced it, 3 wks after it was replaced, It went down again which I got a replacement from Arnott suspension, we installed that but that was damaged/leaking, So I returned it back to the company "Arnott" and got a replacement the next day delivery; by the way that's the third suspension. Now, after that was installed yesterday which I started my car and everything came up fine but I noticed few minutes later that both the driver side and the back on the driver side bent which basically means all my passenger side are OK/UP while the driver side and back side of the driver side bent to a side. I pushed the button on the dash it shows the vehicle is RISING and once I turn OFF the button the side went down again and my PUMP is working fine. No sign of leaking on the suspension that I replaced on the driver side. Meanwhile, If I pressed the rise button b4 I replaced the front driver side all other 3 will rised up except for the front driver side that was bad. Please, at this point am very fraustrated with this car, Is there any FUSEe that need to be checked since both front and back driver side bent one side?
Any suggestions will great appreciated pls.

Thanks you all.
