22" rims on a s430
#2
all depends on getting the right tires and right wheels with the correct offset and width and tire size, so as not to rub.
And its not so simple that someone can tell you which will work online..every rim is made a bit differently, some require spacers to clear calipers, etc.
there are some 22 inch combos that never rub, some that rub on extreme turns, and some that rub all the time, due to incorrect wheel/tire sizing, or use of improper spacers, (or failure to use spacers).
With smaller rims, or Mercedes-speciiic rims such as AMGs or replica AMG wheels, fitment shouldnt be an issue...but 22s are going to the limits of fitment without modification (or minor modifications which may be needed)....best bet is to NOT buy these rims online, only use a reputable local tire/wheel shop that will test fit the rims BEFORE the sale is finalized , and guarantee fitment.
