Question on installation of 2003 tail lights

I have tried using the search feature and still could not find the answer to my question.

I have an opportunity to buy the 2003 s-class tail lights to put on my 2000 S430 for about $325 shipped for the set.

My question is are these tail lights 100% plug and play or is there any mondification I need to make for this fit. If so what do I need to do.

I do not want to buy these and than find out later that this will not work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
Drew

My set of tailights should be arriving any day. I will post up pictures on the ease or difficulty of the install. I really have to wait and see. Hopefully, I will get to it this weekend.

It is pretty much a plug and play, except that the new lights have an extra stud and nut in the middle. Some people have removed this stud, others drill an extra hole in the car to accomodate this.
