Fitment for AMG rear bumper vs. standard
I am looking to upgrade my standard rear bumper on my 04' S430 to the AMG version. After looking at some diagrams it seems the mounting locations for the two bumpers are a bit different. There are 2 screws on each side behind the inner trims inside the trunk for both, a screw where the bumper meets rear quarter on each side for both ,and one other set of screws on each side for both. However on the standard rear bumper there is another set of screws with covers over them. So, will the AMG bumper fit on standard model?? I would like to find out before I purchase. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi griego89,
I can confirm the AMG bumper is a direct swap, as i have done this modification on my own 2000 S430. All bolt locations and inner parts are the same between both bumpers.
