I saw a Designo Graphite S600 at the NY Auto Show. It was a very distinctive exterior. From a distance, it was a sparkling metallic grey. As you get nearer it has an almost iridescent character. It was pretty stunning. I'll try to get a photo when I go back later in the week.

Saw the car, very nice paint. The interior was somewhat dissapointing for a designo. Although the car was locked, from what I could see, the only difference was the wood color along with the desingo matts and inscription on the seats, otherwise the leather was identical to my current car (with the exception of the mods from 02-03.

Was not able to get pics as too many people around all the cars. Did get to go into the closed room which had the Maybach 62 on display. See pics in the Maybach section.

Thanks for the pics JackStraw. It was locked up and hordes of people by the time I got there. Not one to take pics of strangers.... I did manage to go behind the "Black" door at the Maybach area and view the 62 up close. (Pics on the Maybach board)

The designo paint is incredible. It puts the tectite grey I have to shame. I can't wait to see my Mocha Black.
