Can't beat this, I don't think...lol I might as well get some 6000Ks, they're cheap enough.

2006 mercedes S430 4matic
headlamp issue

hello everyone, new member here, with same question as Delux. Pls help; purchased 2006 430 4matic in February with 32,000miles and all MB records...LOVE THIS CAR>>>>right side headlight just went out. Is it the H7 bulb and just removal of the black plastic cap on the rear of housing and switching out the bulb? thanks and looking forward to conversing with you all.

You could take out the bulb and check, or easier way to is to see how the light looks. HID will be significantly brighter than halogens.

To clean foggy headlamps you could purchase a kit from pretty much any store such as target or kragen. If you have some car polish laying around that works well too. I personally use car polish and my PC machine, but before I got my PC those headlight restoration kits work fairly well.
