I hate to bring bad tidings, but the guy who tinted your windows was careless, got your door control module wet, and it may now be fried. It may dry out and work (unless you REALLY fried it trying all the functions while it was still wet).
If that's the case, the only fix is to replace it. The S-Class Encyclopedia sticky addresses this as well.

I am sorry for your troubles but I must admit, I've got a headache from reading your post.
Reading the Owners Encyclopedia at the top of the forum should help you some. As Skylaw suggested, wait for the stuff to dry a few days and see what happens. You could also do a reset.

By disconnecting the negative terminal of the battery (it will require some re-sync precedures, available at OE on top of the forum)
Reset like that should clear some errors, but get things dry first.
I am not sure if you can fold them out without the aid of the mirror motor. I haven't checked this but it is possible that the mirror fold motor will only engage if the button is pressed. Gently try to fold out by hand, when you get to the full fold out position, the housing may not be locked at the full fold out position. Again, wait for stuff to dry out and try the fold out button.

I should have pointed you towards it better; sorry. I had just pointed someone to it with specificity, but it was in a different thread.
The W220 Encyclopedia is the "W220 S-Class Owners - Start Here" sticky, located at the top of the W220 forum. It has links to many helpful threads, categorized by type; hopefully, you can get the best posts on W220 problems by the most knowledgeable members from a number of forums.
Because MBWorld does not allow much time to edit posts, the original Encyclopedia thread became chopped up, and its organization was becoming lost. Therefore I posted it as a pdf file in one of the last posts in the thread (and also retitled it - a change I can't make in the original thread). Please scroll to the posts toward the end of the thread, and you'll find the pdf file (right now, it's at post #36).
As I update the document, I'll have to post the new ones further down the thread. Sorry for that. Wish MBWorld would allow editing for as long as posts exist; that works much better.
