I put a music CD-R in the head unit of '04 S500, as I've done many times before and I get "CD ERROR" on the screen. No music will play. I can't switch back to the CD changer or radio. I can't eject the CD. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try holding the eject button in for up to 5 minutes; you may have to do this several times.
