my s500 with brabus kit for sale
Just wanted some honest feedback as to how I should price my car for sale. Here's the Craigslist ad website: http://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/cto/2103159329.html
I really have no idea how to price my baby out. Like if I'm supposed to include the work that's gone into it or not. Thanks for your input.

It's a nice vehicle but the second hard market doesn't really care about aftermarket additions, even high end Brabus ones.
You can get bog standard early W220s for less than $10k without problem, at this age miles don't make a huge amount of difference (it's not as if yours has 40,000 miles on it which would affect price greatly) and the Brabus parts might add a couple of thousand. If you can get someone willing to pay $15k bite their hand off!
Personally I'd consider picking up a set of standard wheels from a breakers yard and selling the Wald ones separately. Then selling the car with the standard wheels on it. You should get more money that way.
Unfortunately the second hand market hates W220s, it loathes the 2000-2002 W220s, and aftermarket additions are basically a nice thing to have that doesn't add much value to a car of this age.

Pricng is way off you'll be lucky to get 12k
For reference there was a brabus sv12 custom s600 on sf craigslist which was a $400,000 insane custom brabus factory flagship with engine mods and yobs more , and they were asking your price

too bad you don't want to keep it you know? with all that time and energy
spent.......and of course money! hehe.....
I am beginning to really like those led drops on the ground.......the guy I'm
using for mods has done that before........I thought it was silly at first.....
but it is growing on me.......
nice car man

Looks like a very clean car and I think the input on price from everyone is valid. You can always advertise it at $20K and lower it very few days to find the sweet spot.
Good luck!

Thank you for your input
Hi all,
Thanks for your input. I really do appreciate the advice. I've bumped the price down by $5,000 to $15,000 based on some advice here. I'm not in a rush to sell the car but I want to at least start at a reasonable "higher" price.
With your input I realize I was being ridiculously high. Thanks again all! They should add a "thank you smiley" to the right side of the smiles box.
I would insert that here:
Have a great day!
Regards,
Jason
