s500 4matic issues
I have a 03 4matic that makes grinding noises when car is moving slow and when i turn the wheel at slow speed.. noise is coming fom the middle to rear of car.. we swapped the diff and front axels.. thanks for ur help..

It could be a transfer case problem; there was a service campaign on a limited number of '05 and '06 models in 2007, buy I don't know if any '03s were affected.
It could also be a CV joint problem. Be sure to get a good diagnosis before replacing more parts.
