s430 issues

Dont start car anymore. It will fry the electronics. It can be dried out if not fried already.
Have it towed to dealer. If it wont turn off, disconnect the battery.
If dealer does not cover it, your auto insurance will under "comprehensive" portion of your policy. It is water damage.
If you passenger compartment is wet, check this thread to see what happens when they need to dry out the interior of the car. The wet area needs to be completely removed.

At this point I would not touch it, since youre probably going to have an insurance issue and you shouldnt tamper with it. Water damage is a covered loss if you have comprehensive coverage.
This can cost thousands of dollars to fix and take substantial time, especially if it needs more than just drying out and some electronics were fried, so thats why its insurance time.
I have water intrusion on my 2000 s430, and while its not covered by the class action, ifit needs more than just drying out I will likely pursue legal remedies since our 2000 model year cars have the same defect
