I'm getting some weird responses from the dealer. Is there any way to tell if there is a problem with the keyless go system if I don't have a keyless go key(I'm not looking necessarily to diagnose the exact problem, just if there is one?) Is there anyway to tell if the key I have is a smart key, the dealer says the new one will look like the one I have? I'm trying to see if the problem is the key or the keyless go system without spending the $160 the dealer wants to hook it up to a computer to check.
