Question: Website to find build date
Anyone know the website address of the site where you can put in the vin# and it will tell you when the car was made? I know it's out there somewhere, but a google search couldn't find it for me.

That would be great! I was told my car was already built and on a ship, It would be very cool to "track" it.

Thanks, but that's not it!
There is/was a website that was run by an independent guy who came from one of these forums. It was for older MB's, not new cars being built. Used to check out build dates for used car to see what upgrades, modifications, service bulletins, etc. you needed to check for.
