Why do people hate?
So I was in this discussion with this woman last night and she asks me what car I drive, I told her mercedes s. She starts ti criticize me how its not low key and how I should have gotten a prius bc the s is not eco friendly. Needeless to say I tried to explain the situation, but now I regret not telling her to f off, what would u have done

No explanation needed.

People drive what they wish, and that birdbrain on the Prius (like many others) don't seem to realize those cars are not really as eco friendly as they try to make them to be, and actually they are more harmful..

When you factor in all the energy it takes to drive and build a Prius it takes almost 50% more energy than a Hummer. In a study by CNW Marketing called "Dust to Dust", researchers discovered that the Prius costs and average of $3.25 per mile driven over a lifetime of 100,000 miles (the expected lifespan of a hybrid). On the other hand the Hummer costs $1.95 per mile over an expected 300,000 miles.

Next time, put them in their place. Drive what you want, and don't feel bad about it or explain.

I have often wondered what was done with all those batteries after they are no longer any good. These vehicles carry a lot of batteries.

Maybe it wasn't solely DUE TO the ride in the w220..but if it were a Yugo, it may not have gone down exactly the same..

You're way off base with what I said, but why do you always post like you have some type of stick up your ***?

$15k or not they still ride like $100,000 vehicles and like the man said, are still desirable & looked at as a flagship. Please leave my wallet and its contents out of this
