Mercedes
should work, that is standard size and offset

I never recommend buying rims online, unless from a trustworthy seller like tirerack and other large retailers that guarantee fitment.

buy them from a local shop that will test mount them or buy from craigslist have them meet you at a wheel shop for test fitting before purchase

Do I need such as a spacer or just put it on go test drive it? My concern is AirMatic and front and rear wheel well will be scraping all the time. Is anyone had put 20" wheels on this W220. This is not local shop more like individual sale when money change hand than it is done. Thanks to all of your advices and commons.

you should not need spacers, they should just bolt on.

Ive done individual sales before, we just meet at the closest wheel store, where they can test mount them then we finalize the deal.
