Can this AMG wheels fit into my car 8.5Jx20H2 ET 43, tire size 255/35/20 without any problems or anyone have pictures that I could look at it. Thanks.

I never recommend buying rims online, unless from a trustworthy seller like tirerack and other large retailers that guarantee fitment.
buy them from a local shop that will test mount them or buy from craigslist have them meet you at a wheel shop for test fitting before purchase

Do I need such as a spacer or just put it on go test drive it? My concern is AirMatic and front and rear wheel well will be scraping all the time. Is anyone had put 20" wheels on this W220. This is not local shop more like individual sale when money change hand than it is done. Thanks to all of your advices and commons.
