no sound
Hey guys, after the storm we had I discovered I have no sound from the radio, and the cd, i checked the changer but that seems to be dead, the green light does not light up nor do the cd's come out. the radio does light up as does the nav. but no sound. any ideas would be appreciated.

also notice when i open my sunroof (pop up feature) when pulling button down it dosent close i have to slide button back, as if the sunroof was opened all the way.
checked the fuse near cd changer and under seat they all look good.

I had this happen once. After restarting, it was fine.
I hate to say it (as its generally a cop out), but try shutting the car off, lock it, let the can bus go to sleep, and try again.
You could have a break in your fiber optic ring.

Thanks Oliver, I did, i've been using the car all day. I re-set the sunroof and that works fine , but still no sound. I have an appointment with Lakeview Mercedes on the 8th but I'm hoping it will "fix itself" (wishful thinking!)
