S500
Couple ?

First off I drive a 2000 S500.

1st problem-My service advisor has been telling me for almost a year my warranty is up in late June, well last month I took it in and they fixed $3000 worth of stuff (5th time this year) and when the submitted to MBUSA they declined pay because the warranty was up in Feb. not June. Now they wont fix what it was in for and I cant get the same deal on an extended warranty.

2nd My other friend who sells cars can get me into a 02 S500 sport and not really change the payment and only a little out of pocket. After this lemon I am tempted to move on to another brand. Any suggestions

If your car is 2000 model, it should have 4 years warrantee on and that mean it shouldn't be up until 2004 or 50000 miles. Take them to court.

2000 model sold in 1999, probably. But I doubt they sold any in Feb. 1999. Check the inside of your door for the build date.

I think you will find that there are problems with most of the high-end brands except the Japanese cars. I believe it is because Mercedes and BMW just try to do too much technologically. These air suspensions or vacuum closers are not durable technologies.
