odometer reset p oil change
Hi, i just changed my oil on 01 s500 with a suction cannister from Griots....got out about 8qts... didn't change the filter element yet.... what size tool do i need to turn the filter housing?
after the oil change, i noticed that the mileage reading above the main odometer had reset to zero, but the 'mileage since reset' under menu function has not changed....
how do these things reset it self and how do i reset the trip odometer? ( should oil chages reset this ?)

the s-class has 1 odometer and 2 tripmeters.
You can reset one tripmeter and have the other running.
The first tripmeter is above the Main odometer, the second one is surrounded by MPG and Time and avg. MPH.
