Yikes, that is one ugly car. With the top up, it looks like a lowrider with a phantom top. With the top down, it looks like a picnic basket.

The photo may be photoshopped but there is actually a company named Newport Convertible Engineering that does this conversion. The same conversion for the CL looks much better.

It's may be ugly, but it's not a fake. If you check out the gallery at Newport Convertible http://www.newportconvertible.com/ you'll find this and many other convertible conversions - some pretty, some not...
