lack of power Need help

Hi guys i have a S500, 05 and ive been running into many problems. i recently gotten my fuel injection done, and then mB also recommended that i changed my spark plugs because they were old so i had that done, then they also told me that my purge valves were bad and leaking so i also got that replaced. when i got my car back i felt a massive lack of power in my car, i cant accelerate like i use too anymore, it also has a rough idle when i stop my car. and lately i noticed that whenever i turn on my interior light with the ENGINE on the light gets weak (it gets bright and then dims down then bright..so on)... as if there not enough energy to generate the interior light and my back brake lights... could you guys help me out?!
