Problem got worse Need Help

So I Been having this problem with my right side turn signal. It stopped working a few weeks ago. A couple days ago I turn my turn signal to turn left and my high beams start flickering like the high beem is the turn signal. I pulled out my headlights and tested all the fusees made sure its getting power and everything is OK. I am stuck I am possibly thinking it might just be the turn signal switch next to the steering wheel? Any Ideas? It's not giving me any error's on my display

I pray you don't have the same problem I did. We had problems like this with my first MB ('99 E350). Turns out rats had gotten into the wiring harness in my garage and chewed up the wires to make a nest. Thank GOODNESS the homeowner's insurance picked up that $5K tab!

AMG
For sure its the ground issue. Try to unplug the headlight harness and make sure you have a solid ground on the black or the brown color wire.

lol out here in texas, most crazy drivers use the left turn signal to merge right and vice versa, i actually never thought id see someone use the hazards as turn signals because their switch doesnt work (my uncles corolla)
