you're going to have to be more specific.

Is it from the engine, the suspension, the belt, etc?

going to have to narrow that down before anyone can help you farther.

Must be the upper control sway arm antifreeze connection.

But seriously, there must be in the neighborhood of 50 things it could be. Did you honestly expect to be able to post up a question about squeeking on a bulletin board and get a diagnosis?

Here is my guess from what you have told us.
I think it is the lower ball joints. When they get worn out the front end creeks and makes a funny noise. When you get the oil changed do you know if they lifted the car? If so when the wheels left the ground it may reposition the ball joints so they either creek or not. All because they are worn out. If you spray WD40 in there and on the rubber bushings the noise should go away for a short period of time.
Again this is my guess from the little info we have to go with.
Good luck
Johan

The noise is definetly coming from suspension components. My guess...it is bushing/control arm related. However, the oil change threw me off a bit.

From a repair cost standpoint, what should I expect to pay for either a control arm and/or bushing replacement? Could a dry bushing cause the problem and a little "grease" fix it long term?

Also, could upsizing wheels/tires cause a suspension issue like this? I put 19 in. wheels on it 8.5 Front/9.5 Rear- Michelins

I don't want to spend $2K for something that could be fixed with WD-40.

Thanks in advance fellas!

If it is suspension related the WD-40 will only silence it for the short term. You still need to get it fixed really.

+1 with Johan.

If problem is from part of the suspension you need locate and fix it asap.
Driving such a heavy car with loose suspension part is dangerous.
Imagine it gives up during a highway cruise, result could be catastrophic.

Take care.

Check your lower control arms. I had the same issue and turned out to be my lower control arms.
