Rust spots....warranty?

Rust spots....warranty?
I read somewhere that Mercedes has a lifetime rust warranty? Has any one heard this? If so, how would I go about getting the rust spots repaired and paid for by Mercedes? I have a 2002 S430 that is in good shape, but has a few rust spots.

Not in the united states and even in europe i think its 30 years max.
I believe its 8 or 10 years here, but its rust through, which to my understanding means rust from the inside out that compromises the integrity of the panel, not just a bubble here or there.
