Hey guys I found a good deal on a new nav unit from a 2006 cl500. Would I be able to make it work in my 2000 s430?

It's completely the wrong size. There have been threads that explain how people made it work but it seems horribly complex, not only making it fit but getting the trim pieces to look right and the electronics side.

From recollection of driving CLs I think the COMAND unit might be slightly different. The dashes on CLs and Ss aren't identical.
