S600L 2000 W220
Remove icons from COMAND display S600L
I have the COMAND system in my S600L (2000 W220 model), and can remove all the icons from the maps except the car parking icons. At higher magnification there are so many of them they partially block navigation. I've tried everything (so has my service dealer) but nothing will remove them. I would really appreciate if anyone can help me this. Thanks in advance.

I did not see any instructions on how to do it in the COMAND manual for that version of COMAND; I did note in the graphics in the manual that zooming the map out (adjusting the scale) may eliminate some or all of them.

Warren - you're correct with that. The problem is for magnifications below 1km. Thanks for taking the time to respond - hopefully someone else might help us both. Vernon
