Hey guys, simple question (I hope)...where is the crankshaft (not camshaft) position sensor on the S600 M275 engine?
Thanks!
Thanks!
Wow...stumped the forum.
I just dropped it off at my (trusted) indy mechanic and asked him to install it and to see if he can diagnose the misfire. It's definitely misfiring just when the engine is hot, not cold, so I'm hoping it's the crank sensor. Told him to run a vacuum test as well just in case. And install the fuel filter.

CPS usually causes a no restart when hot condition
misfire on a v12 is most often the coil packs
