2006 S class NAVIGATION
I bought a 2006 s class. It was missing a navigation disk so I went to my local MBZ dealer and bought a "MY06" navigation disk. But, when I try to install the disk, it gets stuck on "loading software" for over 30 mins. Please help if you know the solution to my problem. Thank you.

There is only 1 disk and it should be a DVD vs. CD. I believe the last time I updated my nav. I had the same problem, I left the disk in the drive and came back to drive the car at a later date and it had fully loaded. No the engine was not left on and the key was out and everything off.
